Spring Salmon Salad


Brighten your Spring Meals with a healthy, delicious option that celebrates the season's fresh produce.

  • Smoked Salmon

  • Mixed Green Salad

  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (halves)

  • 1 Finely cut Shallot

  • Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1 Watermelon Radish for garnish

  • Fresh Herbs, Dill, Parsley (chopped + added to taste)

Arrange Smoked Salmon on plate. Combine salad mix with Shallot, Herbs, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and pile ontop of Salmon. Place 2 egg halves on top of salad mix, garnish with shaved radish and sprinkle Bagel seasoning to taste!
