Brighten your Spring Meals with a healthy, delicious option that celebrates the season's fresh produce.
Smoked Salmon
Mixed Green Salad
2 Hard Boiled Eggs (halves)
1 Finely cut Shallot
Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Watermelon Radish for garnish
Fresh Herbs, Dill, Parsley (chopped + added to taste)
Arrange Smoked Salmon on plate. Combine salad mix with Shallot, Herbs, Olive Oil and Lemon Juice and pile ontop of Salmon. Place 2 egg halves on top of salad mix, garnish with shaved radish and sprinkle Bagel seasoning to taste!
